Curved Papers' "Bodega Bars" series launches Tuesday, 1/25 with Solo Jones!

Rolling paper innovators Curved Papers presents Bodega Bars, a collaborative project with the New York City metro hip hop and bodega communities. The series will create 12 new music video assets with 12 different artists, shot completely at their local bodega, corner store, or smoke shop. Forever in NYC, Hip Hop and the corner store have been connected, and rolling papers is the reason why. Curved Papers is paying homage to that relationship, and that’s where you’ll find Curved Papers.

The first collaborating artist out of the gate is the Bronx native, Solo Jones. Heavy footed, iron lunged, experienced, Solomon Jones has over a decade of time on the mic. His latest release “Frank”, from his forthcoming EP “HalfPastDawn” is featured cinematically by Sean O'Grady. Sean is a visual veteran who has worked with heavyweights like Run the Jewels, Benny the Butcher, and, yes, Cardi B. Solo voiced his enthusiasm for the project with “working with Curved Papers and Seannie has been magic. The bar has been set.  Don’t be a FRANK!” The initial collaboration will be world premiered next Tuesday, January 25th across the major social channels.

Curved Papers founder, MIT grad and native of Flatbush, Michael O’Malley has been dubbed the “Bernie Sanders of Weed'' for his political and social activism in the world of marijuana.
